To play the .swf file you must use version 32 of Flash Player Standalone.

PART 1 - SWF FILE

I modified the save so that you can warp to the Bathtub Tower with the map, and also unlocked all the upgrades for NG+

To play the .swf file you must use version 32 of Flash Player Standalone.
You need to keep the Levels folder and the .swf file in the same folder.

If you want to run NG+ for this part for fun, here's a modified NG+ save that makes it possible by activating the midboss at the end
