The Mac platform on WHAT THE GOLF? isn't selectable.

The Mac platform on WHAT THE GOLF? isn't selectable. Because on the game's page at here(https://www.speedrun.com/what_the_golf/), it shows as the game isn't playable at Mac. But the according to Steam, that game is also playable on Mac computers. And there is also some runs with Macs.(A example: https://www.speedrun.com/what_the_golf/run/yd0rnpvz (A Mac desktop can be seen at 6:33)) But the moderators refuses to add that.(Proof: https://imgur.com/a/jL7w2VA )

Can the site admins/moderators change the game's platforms and add Mac?

Talk about that with the game moderators, they can add platforms themselves.

I already tried to, and I wrote that on my first message.

OK then you didn't need to post this. We can't do anything more then they can.

I think site admins/moderators can.

They can, but it's not their responsibility, and they shouldn't bother with such requests. If you contacted the game moderators, just be patient until they will respond.

It looks like the mods decided to have Mac runs submitted under iOS. That’s their decision. Complaining here isn’t going to change anything.

TBF, the game should have Mac platforms, as Mac runs are clearly not iOS, but there's nothing I can do about it.

Technically the mods are correct that Macs are Personal Computers (PCs) and while many seem to think "PC" means that it is a computer running a windows operating system, that's not actually correct. I agree that Mac should be added as a platform to games that are supported under MacOS. But since srcom doesn't have a Windows platform it becomes complicated and really comes down to the mods on deciding how to handle it since there is no standard procedure. Personally i think srcom should remove the "PC" platform entirely and use operating systems instead.

MacOS runs definitely shouldn't go as iOS, especially if the game is also playable on iOS devices. I don't know the game but putting controller and touchscreen together as a category seems weird, isn't a mouse much more similar to a touchscreen than a controller?

It's very normal for Mac runs to go under PC. The only time I have really seen where PC OS's are differentiated are in cases like Minecraft Bedrock Edition, where we make Linux runs go under Linux as they are playing a different version of the game compared to their Windows counterparts.
