If your video is longer than 15 minutes, you can upload it if you verify your account: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/71673

If your video is longer than 12 hours you'll need to either split it into multiple parts or upload it somewhere else, but in general I would strongly recommend using YouTube whenever possible, most of the other video platforms are unreliable in the long-term, have major limitations, or just plain suck.
