Regarding the lack of response from the support hub, I actually got system replies to a couple suggestions I sent earlier this month—the suggestions which I mentioned in this thread. They weren't substantive, but it was a nice change to receive something acknowledging they'd been checked & documented.

I took it as a sign they might be doing that automatically going forward, but perhaps I was overly optimistic?

honestly i am personally not active on the site in general, quite frustrated with it. my maoin board is broken. its promised that it will be fixed but it takes way to long for such a small change.

EDIT: and the bavaria flag is still broken
