So I logged into Speedrun.com on my main account (JKem5) and I was banned indefinitely. Im not sure how. This ban must have occurred in the past 20ish days because that was the last time I logged on and I wasn't banned then.

I'm sure it's not for no reason. You should of got an email about it.
