Go to your game page --> edit game --> add image into "Cover". While you are making changes:

• Add relevant platforms to the game (also in edit game), like PC or Web.
• Remove the comma from the "Any%," category name
• Remove the current text in the category rules (for both categories), and add actual rules in there.

To add to the suggested changes by @Oreo321, I'd also suggest changing the "speedrun.com" banner at the top, as it's currently the logo for the game and the site rules state it needs to say "speedrun.com" (not to mention that it's also currently unreadable, so I'd also try to get an image with a different size).
