The "Resources" tab on whatever game should list if someone has made any kind of autosplitter and there may be a forum post or guide on how to set it up, but a lot of older retro games do not have autosplitters like that. They'll typically at most use load remover tools. If it's just on first movement, it doesn't sound too hard to do the first split right when moving the magnifying glass. Best bet is to check those boards and then ask on that run's forums or in their discord if there are any autosplit tools like that for the game.
I mean any re-timing doesn't pay attention to the timer at all. You're usually using some kind of video editing software to get the timing down to the frame.
dont remember the name but there are at least two visual autosplitters. you give them pictures of frames where you want too split and then it looks at your game feed and sends the split key to livesplit if it recognisez the image of a frame you gave it
