I'm currently pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Amsterdam and am writing my thesis about speedrunners. Despite how long this community has been around, there has been next to research about the people who belong to it. I'm conducting a survey to try and change this.
My survey shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes, and no personal information about you will be taken. I would really if you could help fill it in, especially since this is an under researched field, as well as one close to my heart. I'd also really appreciate it if you could get some of your friends to do this as well. Thank you so much everyone. I've reached the minimum sample number so anything extra is just the icing on the cake. Although, if you do have any non-speedrunning gamer friends, it would be super helpful if you could forward this to them. I still need a couple responses from regular gamers.
