You issue is not really clear.

1. You did a speedrun in the game https://www.speedrun.com/piggy ?
2. When submitting the run, the chosen platform was the default "Xbox One"? What is the problem here?

Anyway, if you say that you submitted a run with wrong data, you can always edit your run submissions. Go to the hourglass icon at the top of the site --> View all --> under Runs awaiting verification, you can edit any of your pending runs, and change whatever you want.
