If you mean how to submit a video of a speedrun you already did, you don't upload the video directly to speedrun.com. You need to upload the video to an external video hosting site (like YouTube), then when you submit a run to a leaderboard, you should copy the link to your video in that site.

Are you talking about submitting a run to an exist game on the site, but to a category that isn't exist? Talk about that with the game moderators (either directly, or in the forums of the game) for category suggestions. Only the game moderators can make new categories.

So if your run got rejected for its a video and not a clip then how long does the clip need to be and does it matter where the clip starts? I did a Resident evil 5 ng no merchant run.
