I actually did it, I don't know if I should submit request or not. I'm quite new to this website, and I don't know much about submitting a game request. did it in 7 mins and 43 seconds
As others have already said, this game is unlikely to be accepted. This is because the primary appeal of the game is with PvP, even if you can play a "practice" mode without it. You can continue running on your own terms, but unfortunately it will not be accepted to the site.
This is far from the first time that Among Us has been requested and rejected for this reason. Sorry.

Seems normal for among us to be rejected on this site, also where is that unofficial leaderboard that one person was talking about?
If a community decides that they would rather use google sheets for their leaderboard then that is the "official" leaderboard of that game. SRC doesn't have a monopoly on anything. Speedrunning existed before SRC, and got by just fine. There's communities for popular games that still prefer to operate outside of SRC.
An official leaderboard would be a leaderboard built into the game itself. Anything else, including most of Speedrun.com, is unofficial, unless the developers have somehow designated one site as “official.”
@Icehero22YT here is a leaderboard, form and Discord - don't know if they are active I never took it up
