M Juggling

By moving up and down, attacking the head and legs as Rigby, you are able to land more attacks in a short period of time allowing you to kill enemies much faster than you otherwise would.

N Juggling

N Juggling can only be done when there are 2 large enemies, by having both on the screen you are able to take both out as you will automatically alternate attacks between them and it is faster to build up your N on smaller enemies then N Juggling to take out the big ones than it is to simply attempt to kill the big enemies outright with your M.

use web (also turn on hardware Acceleration)

dont be silly like me when i first started , i wont recommend using flash point for speed running this game but i would recommend it for casuals, for example web lets you do m juggling which you cannot do in flash , also turn on hardware acceleration, itll make your game run smoother, here is the link just in case you cant find the web ver for some reason:
