Extract the save using a program such as 7zip -> Make sure that the file name of your game and the save file matches. 

The save file should read "NAME OF GAME.SaveRAM" and place it into the SaveRAM folder of BizHawk.

You **MUST** select "Snes9x" as your SNES core or the saves won't be compatible.
