The day has come. Fat City is finally on speedrun.com.

It was an honor having this duty to be the one to put this beautiful game from Heavy Iron Studios on the site.

So anyway with that out of the way, I'm still setting up the boards but here's the gist of things currently.

Three categories (PC/Console, VR, Mobile), Any% and 100% as subcategories for all three, and then a Lucky Patcher subcategory for Mobile.

The VR category has a variable for the headset used. There are platforms for certain VR headsets on the site already but not all of the ones Fat City supports are on here, so it's just better to use a variable instead. Also 99% sure the PS4 version is literally only supported by PlayStation VR so that's a wonderful use of a port apparently.

The mobile category having a Lucky Patcher subcategory is a good thing. The mobile version is basically just a cash grab designed to get your money. For example, if you get busted twice you get locked in jail for 40 minutes and have to pay 4000 bucks to bail out. It's not like this on any other version. It's bad. This is to make the speedrun more enjoyable for the mobile users. It's also technically the fastest version of the game with all these microtransactions too, which is kinda insane.

I'm planning on implementing individual levels shortly, which will be timed by in-game time and will require milliseconds. It'd be a mess there but I think things can be worked out. Any% and 100% categories, maybe a VR category too, not entirely sure. We'll get there when we get there.
