This will detail the 3 new skips found in the 10:49 Any% run. They will be ranked on Risk and Reward.
1: Tar Pit Barrier Skip (2:42)
Risk: Minimal
Reward: High
How to do: Once you reach the tar pit, climb on a large tree next to the barrier (It should be right infront of you upon exiting the factory). Jump onto the barrier, and walk along it, jumping around any trees on the way.
2: Left Side Frozen Cave Wallhop (5:08)
Risk: Medium
Reward: Medium
How to do: When standing on the wall before you are meant to drop down, instead jump to the side and perform a wallhop as soon as you reach your max jump height.
Why not do this on the right side?: The right side would be faster, but unfortunately there is no consistent way to do it as it is very difficult to find an indicator (for when to perform the double wallhop on the right side).
- Lake 3-Area Border Skip (7:06)
Risk: Low
Reward: Immense
How to do: At the entrance to the lake, do a flatwall-jump on the right wall and land on the border, now simply walk the border and do a high jump in the middle.
