Hello guys! I recently started running this game. Actually, I was a bit shocked to know it only has few runners since this game is classics already. I have couple of questions to more experienced runners:
- What are the rules exactly? Could you use other platform emulators such as sega? Could you use rapid fire feature (looks like it will change gameplay significantly)? When timer starts and stops?
- Do you have some strategy guide with routes?

I doubt anybody will read this but anyway :) Recently I became the new mod of this game. It's a shame Desert Strike did not become popular among speedrunners. Game was quite popular in early 90s, I personally spent many hours in it myself in my childhood :) It has huge potential for speedrunning b
