Defy Gravity stores it's levels as .txt files so they can be edited easily. The levels can be found from \Defy Gravity\Content\Levels. The numbers present checkpoints which is the most important thing here. If you want to practice invividual levels I suggest you move the checkpoints in every level to the starting area (the '1'), since going back through the main menu takes time. Just removing the checkpoints wont do since the game crashes. NOTE: This is unnecessary thanks to the practice mod, you can find it in Resources.
