Respawn Boosting

Respawn Boosting is where you die to lava while you have momentum, and as soon as you die to lava and teleport to the last checkpoint, you jump. This conserves your momentum, and Respawn Boosting can be seen in this video:
Respawn boosting is allowed everywhere, but is patched in 0.3, so can only be done in 0.1-0.2
Version 0.5 Is Out!
Not sure how heavily/in what ways this will impact speedrunning, I don't really wanna create more clutter with a new version when there aren't even that many 0.3 runs, so I might merge versions into one category, kill 0.3 runs, or something else.
