Can't find any information on the difficulty settings used for runs in any of the rules. Is it the default Normal, or do you switch to Beginner at the start?

A prompt reply would be much appreciated; I AM looking into trying a run or two of this game myself, just for fun, and I don't wanna receive a reply before I completely forget about it.

difficulty? Good thing I know from my gohan and goku speedruns and watching those from others. this does not matter then it would be standard difficulty
