Since this game is related to Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex on GameCube, a simple ROM of the game does not exist. Courtesy of CDRomatron, we have savestates for it though, which require you to just load up a bios file and then load the savestate. A .zip file with all necessary files can be found in the Resources tab.

Instructions:

1. Open VBA and go to Options > Emulator > BIOS files...
2. Selext a the .bin file for GBA and tick the box that says "Enable"
3. Go to File > Open GBA and select the same file to boot up the emulator
4. Load either one of the three save states: savestate 1: PAL savestate 2: NTSC-J savestate 3: NTSC-U
