A 100% run wouldn't be significantly different at all from 105%, especially since Gold Relics (and Plats for that matter) realistically aren't hard to get once you have an understanding of the movement tech. So you'd just end up with a run almost identical to 105% outside of the fact that you just don't do Hot Coco or Eggipus Rex.

Nothing should stop you from ever running whatever category you want to, even if it's not an official one. But a leaderboard for 100% would be largely pointless.
