I noticed that in the rules for the Let's Cook category that you can't have it on a file with any of the friends unlocked. Why is that?

NG+ can't be done for the following on Let's Cook mode:

1. It needs to be done on a file that has no friends unlocked.
2. It also needs to be on a file with no new recipies unlocked.
3. This includes Album and Events.
