to my knowlegde any% is obtaining the water melon in level 4 but the chuck norris um think does not bounce on the spring on the online version and i can not download the game because i can not open .rar files so is it still possible to to the run?

I think that only works for the original Syobon Action. Honestly I don't know why it's a category for this game either.

I was the first person to submit a speedrun (with video) and syobon action got me confused. I didn't get how the trick worked so I was like welp this is 100% then I guess. And since then it stayed like this idk
