I thought I would Write a general Guide because there are no resources on this games speedrun.

--You should know you can skip cut scenes with the spacebar and left mouse button. --Additionally, You should disable auto leveling and set levels to 1(default) as it will increase the difficulty of problems which will slow you down. I usually do this sometime after I get the Cairo skip because Before then I am likely to reset.

1. Start time, and hit start game after registering player.
2. do the car puzzle, and then exit the shop you arrive in and go left.
3. try these patterns on the statue until you unlock the passage (Note: I'm not sure if im missing any or if any are invalid, I usually restart if I dont get it within the first 3-4 patterns.) 4. enter and do the puzzle.
5. The old man will read a long poem. as soon as the hourglass cursor appears, hit esc and then close the game and reopen and relauch on the same save you were on. (For this reason I usually delete the saves every 5-10 runs. It should be a .dat file in documents under a Learning company directory)
6. Path to the boat area. The way I do this is as following Leave the tunnel Go up the path on the left side (To outside the map minigame) Go Rigth 2 time Go up the right side of the screen Go left Go into the boat Rentals. 7.make the boat with parts of the middle column. 8.once at the palace doors, go right twice, then down. 9.Path to all of the problems and complete them. 9.1.I use a technique i dub "Gem Conversion". Basically since the game is educational, it tries to give you more problems in the areas you are "weaker in" I purposely Fail 2 times for each of the fill in the blank sentence problems. This will convert 1 gem of the other problems to that problem for the gems of the next door. therefore you should have 6 gems on the fill in the blank and 2 on the others. Make sure to not fail the other problems, as the balance will be off, and possibly unpredictable. This saves time because the artist mouse takes a while to get a gem from, and performing this is basically break even with the other mouses.
7. Complete the door by pathing to it with the map, and repeat 4 more times. 11.After the 5th door, you get to a crocodile area -- there are several solutions but from observing the WR run it seems Ideal to use this setup: 1st Statue: 5kg 30 degrees 9 force 2nd Statue: 8kg 60 degrees 9 force 3rd Statue: 6kg 45 degrees 9 force 4th statue: 4kg 15 degrees 9 force Im not sure if this is the fastest per say, but since all use 9 force(All the way back on the peg) you dont have to fidde with that. 12.in the crossword, multiple choice there is no real speedrun strategies that I know of except for memorizing the patterns in the words(which Im not sure but there is around 6 i would say?). that way you dont have to listen to the prompt. For the multiple choice, unless you memorize the question it is suitably fast to brute force the solution by trying all of the answers.
