I currently don't have a very good PC, so I can't record BTD5 without it running slow and choppy. In the submit run tab it doesn't say that video is required, so is it ok if i do some runs without video? Also if my run's high up in the leaderboards would there need to be a video?

would you be able to record 30 FPS? if not, what about 20? 15? I feel that some sort of video should be required, based on play times, I can still watch and approve the runs if valid

eh, my computer is really bad. I'll just stick to doing co-op runs so my friend can just record them. :/
