Start the mission as either Tex or Brutus, its personal preference. Put all squad members into "fire at will" mode and take the right path, Throw two frag grenades at the escape helicopter to destroy it (make sure you keep your distance), Make your way through the enemies, try to take out as many as you can - your allies will clean up the ones you miss (the mutants in the sub-area and the terrorists up the cliffside), Order Hawk to "move to and hold" where the extraction point spawns upon completing the objectives, Make your way to the roof of the temple to destroy the satellite dish, sometimes it will already be destroyed (very rare). Once all mission objectives are completed the extraction point will spawn, either switch to Hawk or go there yourself, sometimes you'll already be there yourself as there are often one or two enemies to clean up.
