Press Win + R and enter:steam://open/console

In the console that opens up in your Steam window, enter the following command:download_depot 2985610 2985611 6621292073771885015This will download Version 1.1.0 of The Big Catch: Tacklebox. To find the correct IDs for other versions of the game, you can look here.

Wait for the depot to download. There's no progress indicator but you can see that it's downloading by checking network usage in your downloads tab under your library.

When the download is done, the Steam console will tell you where it downloaded all the necessary files to. Copy this path and head there to retrieve your files.

Put the files anywhere you like, then add a file named steam_appid.txt in the same folder as the .exe for the game with the following content:2985610This will allow Steam to continue tracking your hours for Tacklebox on the downpatched version, and allow you to use the Steam overlay while in-game.

Optionally, you can add your downpatched version as a non-Steam game so you can launch it from your Steam library by clicking Add a Game > Add a Non-Steam Game... in the bottom left of your Steam library. Then, Browse to your downpatched version and select the .exe.
