In IL (specifically the prologue category) I noticed that everyone's run was 5 seconds longer than the splits said it was, including my own. I was using the autosplitter for the game, and it was still about 5 seconds longer than it should have been. The rules say the timer starts as soon as you stand up, and ends when the chapter 1 text appears, but are there different rules for this category?

Also, another question, for IL speedruns is there a certain constraint on how many upgrades/batteries you can have before the chapter? I feel it would be unfair for one run to have a stamina upgrade while one doesn't.

Yeah imo using LRT is a bad idea, for prologue at least
