My friend and I were looking into running this game but weren't sure what the rules are for the current state of the game, specifically ILs. Do we have to use the rules from the previous thread or the ones currently put under rules?

I realized that I missed when the rules were updated, but if there are any new ones we'd like to know just in case

The current state / rules were still applied, even after the newest update (Reap What You Crow DLC Update). As for now, there are no major changes and you can play either with DLC or not.
