if someone where to complete a run of any of the Full Game Categories, they would take multiple hours (around 6h for any% and roughly 18h+ for 100% / very rough calcs on that). Question would be if any breaks during the run (toilet, food, sleep, etc.) would be counted in the run or would the runner be allowed to pause the timer?

I personally feel that it should be counted as a RTA (real-time attack), meaning there is no pausing of the timer allowed. I can hit up @DirkFedermann for his opinion though!
