Encounters escape

You don't need to run away far enough to escape an encounter, wait for ~5s without entering a battle and the world map will be available. There is the clip to prove it:

Fatigue management

At the end of a run, you have 3 free points that you can invest in the Fatigue. Each point gives 4 points to max and current fatigue, so you can restore up to 12 fatigue if you have a problem with it.

Train Waypoint glitch route optimization

The path from the conductor to the world map and back takes ~9s, the path from the default Tarant spawn location to the train station takes the same time, so this optimization saves ~15s (since you need some time to hit the pixel).

This trick is pixel-perfect. You have to place your first waypoint exactly at W:970 S:1023, the position of the second waypoint doesn't matter so much. Your spawn location depends on the time when you stop traveling and the coordinates of your first waypoint. Below you can find a map with all possible spawn points and the way they are connected. Points are color-ranged from the biggest time save (green) to a ruined run (red).
