So in their last update for the game they had made some bug fixes and added in the classic mode right? But in doing so it patched throwing explosive kunai at Tsubuyaku in the last mission. So wouldn't that make the runs that use that strat outdated right?

They are no longer possible, yeah.

I'd remove them, but other Mods think you can just downpatch your game. We'll discuss this.
