START WITH NG+ IS NOT REQUIRED Chapter 1 -

• examine the stele indicating the mansion on the left of the path
• examine the graves of Thomas and Henry
• examine the plate of the machine after cleaning it
• find Sayoko's portait (in the jacket on the floor)
• find the "Another" folder

Chapter 2 -

• examine the bird paintings twice so that D makes two remarks
• examine the portrait of Lawrence at the end of the hallway
• play the piano to remind something to D
• examine the portrait of the musician near the piano
• read the letter in the cupboard on the left
• look at the photo album in the middle closet
• read the parchment in the right cupboard and click on the underlined names
• read the butler's diary in the cupboard to the right
• use the piece of charcoal on the notepad on the table to read the message
• examine the pistol holster on the desk
• examine the overturned bird cage
• read the newspaper and reassemble the pieces of the torn page

Chapter 3 -

• examine Richard's sketch of Ashley on the small table
• examine the portrait of Fanny on the easel
• examine the teddy bear on the doll cabinet
• examine the ribbon on the bed
• examine the sketchbook on the desk, collect the stamps from the box on the left shelf and use them on the unfinished drawing by closing and reopening the DS twice (save before doing this: the game sometimes crashes)
• examine the bottle on the coffee table, get the hammer in the canvas box in the painting room and break the bottle with it to get a note and the key to the golden bird
• examine the family photo by the bottle on the coffee table
• examine the stereo set
• use the baseball to knock down the suitcase and find D's shoe

Chapter 4 -

• examine the newspaper article on the table
• examine the painting of the two boys above the fireplace and click on each of the two children
• examine the bloody handkerchief

Chapter 5 -

• examine the painting of the three men and click on each of them
• use the Golden Bird Key on the last drawer on the left of the desk to find Lawrence's diary and read it
• open the nightstand drawer to find a will
• give the candy to Richard
• read the letter in the typewriter
• read the letter near the safe
• examine the book in the safe
• examine the photo near the computer
• read all messages on the computer
• take the teddy bear off the shelf

Chapter 6 -

• find D's second shoe
• talk to D to find out the end of his story D shall touch your hand now
