Rebirth (JP) Strats and Commentary

Commentary about strats, optimizations, game mechanics, etc. about the Rebirth category.  There's info about most every room in the run.  Best suited for newcomers who have possibly played casually but done little speedrunning of the game, however I'm hoping there's something for even the most experienced of players.
