Im gonna look into this and see if this is something we can do. Just curious do you see the only change we would need to add to the rules is if you are using V9 SOH removing the 2x text if your using Jap text?

I don't see much difference on the options themselves, but some of them were relocated inside menu (like Easy Frame Advance now is an Enhancement instead of a Cheat), so you may want to re-word configuration rules to match the actual menu route for some options.
