I have added the following line to the rules of the Pizza% category:

• The run ends when both the giant pizza in-game and the slice and real life have both been fully consumed.

This is to explicitly allow runs like Jonasty's recent run where he consumed the irl slice after finishing the in-game run. I had not considered this scenario originally, but I think it's fair because it is not likely to decrease the time of the run compared to eating and playing concurrently.

Also I don't want anybody to choke to death.
