Wouldn't killing yourself with an extension ladder or the dropship also count? Cause under rules it seems to only mention forest giants, and I am kind of wondering why this is?

We haven't looked into the game code outside of monster-caused deaths. We'll double check for external deaths such as delivery rocket and other miscellaneous ones.
