I want to speedrun the All Endings category but for some reason the dancing bendy ending wont activate I do all the steps required in the latest update but for some reason when I click e on the hole nothing happens here is what's happening I don't understand what I'm doing wrong
Usually in these types of games it has weird Gamestate issues. You could try going in the games save system and delete saves. or just reinstall entirely.
Yeah in my first playthrough this method worked once and never again so it seems like that's the issue I will try deleting saves because I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Ok for some reason I cant find anyway to delete my saves there does not seem to be a file that has the saves on the steam files and this might be a me problem but the game id does not show up in my programs file so I'm not sure what else I should try to do
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that did not work I have also tried removing it from my steam account entirely and reinstalling it back on if that's what you mean
then next thing you would have to do is probably downpatch to an earlier copy of the game
Downpatching was one of the first things I tried I have downpatched other games like poppy playtime chapter 3 before so I'm not new to the process but when I try to launch the downpatched version of the game for some reason despite it saying its the downpatched one it launches the one on the most recent patch and I cant find a reason for this happening
one thing I would suggest is from other videos I have seen of the ending it just throws you back out and does not restart you like other endings so maybe I could do the process of getting the ending I would go click e on the hole and just add the time of the cutscene into the final run time I'm not sure if this is a good solution though its just my best suggestion
The Problem with this game in General is its just one of the worst games to ever exist. If I had my way this "game" wouldn't even have a board but I got to claim it make runs for it because if not someone else will and I will have to fight SRC for it. We can try clicking E on the Hole and adding the time but if it doesn't wanna work at all anymore might be worth reconsidering the category
Hmm ok I can see your point there so yeah it feels like this game wasn't really meant for speedrunning with all the random updates they were adding so yeah I probably won't run this category then if I have been having all these issues
I just submitted the first run and, when the burp happens there is a 15 second window when you can hit painting and trigger it.
In the example run you got painting in time but not the trigger.
