With Wake headed to OceanView in Chapter 5, there’s a puzzle with a light and a door that’s exit changes depending on the light.

With the light off, you end up in a dead-end, light on and the right way opens.

If you light the light and go through the door, there is a second light that alternates between a water tower and stairs.

Once down in the center of the area you can target the water tower light or the previous door light over a chain link fence.

If you turn the door light off and travel back through you get put onto unloaded ground, on top of the buildings, with plenty of lower access points.
