Are we allowed to use any character for ILs? I don't see a mention in any rules that we aren't but there's also no subcategories or variables mentioning different characters, and surely they're not all equal in terms of speed. For example, I have multiple IL runs with Curly Brace that are pretty quick, but I'm pretty sure it's not fair to compare her to Aban because she's so much faster what with the air dash.
