because of the fact that Streamlabs didnt record the audio and I was on sub 7:50 pace more than once after 1 hour of attempts Im probably going to do attempts until I get 7:4X when I have some free time again
very happy with my performance in recent times

In the past, runs below a certain threshold could be submitted without video. Now, this system has been removed. All runs require video proof from now on.
