Just here to list off a couple of rule changes that have been in effect since 4/26/23 but I forgot to completely finish and then announce.

The rules for every Cheat% category on the boards has been updated to no longer force using every cheat for it to be legal.

The other change is now allowing the use of NG+ for both Extended Cheat% and also all individual levels, as before they all required a new save file. For Wii, this was no issue due to using the Home Button to skip through all unskippable FMV cutscenes, so it's barely a benefit there. PS3/X360 unfortunately has no way to skip them outside of playing through an already completed file again. This also changes the Directive level to be in a different state compared to a new game file.

The leaderboards have been updated to include a format variable. This is only for the PS3/X360 version, and as such the variable is not available for the Wii category. There are no differences between disc and SD/USB/HDD loading for some reason, so nothing really major is at play with having it.

There are only two options currently, Disc and HDD. If you run off disc, mark it down as disc. If you have the game installed to the Xbox 360's hard drive or SD/USB/HDD loading for PS3, mark it down as HDD.

While it may seem unimportant, it's mainly for identification purposes incase questions are thrown around or something becomes legal (SSD loading for example, which will never happen smiley face emoji) and then illegal again, it can be easily sorted through and not be a tedious process.

Modding your consoles to run the game has always been allowed, especially for accessibility reasons as long as it's a vanilla version of the game. The PS3 would have to be modded to play disc games off disc, as you dump the disc to the hard drive. It is also the only way for PS3 to be able to compete with X360.
