Hello, I noticed that there was a run under the PAL section which got a 4:59 on the Nintendo Switch version of SMB1:

While technically it was ran on a PAL switch, the game itself was the NTSC version. Is it possible for this run to be relisted as NTSC-U or NTSC-J?

It's a lag frame, there is no way to perform any type of arbitrary code execution at any point within the game currently, the game is just simply slowing down because there are too many moving objects on the screen at one time and the CPU can't handle it.
