I got toad before HMC and it worked, thanks

I've only had problems with this on emulator, because if you can see my 16 star pb on VC that didn't happen, so I think it's just project64 being weird.

Also, I have tried multiple 16 star runs on emulator (regular) and the same problem happens. Even if I reload the loading zone for the basement, or get the toad star before all HMC stars I need, it still doesn't work.

I've been trying to speedrun 16 star but for some reason mips doesn't appear in the basement when I reach 15 stars. Mips only appears when I reset my console.
