Finally found it. ~/.wine/drive_c/users/<user>/Local Settings/Application Data/Buntroid/INFO.ini. Deleting everything from [X] until the next [Y] deletes a save.

I'm playing through Wine on OSX, and after creating 3 save files there doesn't seem to be a way to delete a save. Is there a way to do this, or do I just have to unzip the archive again and start over?

The skip where a drone is shot and you TP through the wall? I think that was patched, so that's no longer a viable shortcut.
