does anyone remember the galaga legion games??

ok so im wanting to speedrun galaga 88 and i do have a few questions...

1st: is turbo allowed? namco museum has a auto fire turbo button so was wondering.

2nd: is it 1 credit only or can we use continue as much as we want?
