Is there an autosplitter for RE3 at Dolphin? Sharing is caring :)

Hi everyone. I am using rebirth 1.0.1 and i want to start running the game (any%). The rebirth patch has an option to completely remove doors, which I guess is not allowed. The thing is, even if I disable the option, at least in the warehouse, I can skip doors instantly by mashing the button. Is that the expected behaviour for door skipping and I can start making my runs or is there something I need to do in order for my end runs to be legit?

What the title says. Is the usage of Re2 HD texture pack on Dolphin allowed during speedruns? Or does it mess up with the game timer so it's forbidden?
