Do I have to show footage with the timer on screen, and if so how can I do that either for Xbox One or Steam?

I've been using my phone to record my speedruns, including Xbox One, and needed to know if using Mixer is easier for the Mods than Youtube or Twitch

so which is easier to speedrun, it would seem like FR/LG

I'm new to this game and was wondering what the difference was between red/blue and fire red/leaf green.

So I’ve calculated that each load screen takes 20 seconds, and if you have the lazuras material before the run you would have a total of 4:40 minutes of just loading. So with that in mind wouldn’t the WR be changed? Correct me if I’m wrong because I am running this game and wouldn’t want to piss off the moderators.
