It's been 2 years since I was banned. Can I please be unbanned?

Random hard stutters when moving the mouse. Can't find information about this anywhere. Doesn't seem to be affected by Vsync, windowed/fullscreen or graphics settings.

Why is it on the boards? The video has been lost for a year now and was almost certainly a cheated run (octuple combo on the final boss).
