I ask if we should accept the "seeded" race, like the speedrun in Deity Domination by Aesriv https://www.speedrun.com/run/yvgv39xy

He uses a save for "manipulate" the RNG of his race. Technically he can because there is nothing in our rules that forbidden this, but I think we should because it makes it less interesting the run.

What is your opinion ?

Hello ! I have found a board (I don't know who made that) who give precious informations about the behaviour of civilizations.

I think it's can be interesting for speedrun, mostly with deity difficult.
